Process of Payment

Booking Advance    : 2 BHK - Rs.2.5 Lakhs + GST | 3 BHK - Rs.3 Lakhs + GST
Within 15 Days from the date of booking : 20% + GST (PDC required)
On completion of foundation of the respective tower : 15% + GST
On completion of 3rd floor slab of the respective tower : 15% + GST
On completion of 6th floor slab of the respective tower : 15% + GST
On completion of 9th floor slab of the respective tower : 15% + GST
On completion of flooring of respective flat : 10% + GST
At the time of registration prior to handing over of flat : 10% + GST

Extra Charges

  • Club House (excluding GST) Amenities, Piped Gas, Water, STP, Infrastructure& other charges Rs.3,00,000 /-
  • Legal fees is payable at the time of registration (excluding GST) Rs.25,000/-
  • Building Maintenance Charges sq.ft. for 24 months' (excluding GST) Rs.66/-


  • Deposit towards One-time Sinking Fund (Corpus)- sq.ft.  is Rs.50/- per sq.ft.
  • Corpus fund ₹ 50/- per sft. On saleable area to be paid 15 days ahead of registration date.
  • Advance maintenance charges @ 66 per sq.ft. on saleable area for 24 months to be paid 15 days ahead of registration date along with applicable GST.


  • Applicable GST (1% if property cost is less than 45 Lakhs & 5% if property cost is above 45 Lakhs) to be paid along with every instalment.
  • Stamp Duty & other statutory fees/taxes to be paid as applicable 15 days ahead of registration date.
