Process of Payment

On Commencement of work for particular bungalow : 15% of bungalow price + GST
On completion of  Foundation : 15% of bungalow price + GST
On completion of  Ground floor roof casting : 15% of bungalow price + GST
On completion of  First floor roof casting : 15% of bungalow price + GST
On completion of Brick work : 10% of bungalow price + GST
On completion of Plaster : 10% of bungalow price + GST
On completion of Flooring : 05% of bungalow price + GST
On notice of possession    : 05% of bungalow price+50% of maintenance deposits+100% of extra charges+GST
 

Extra Charges

  • External Development Charges: Rs.75/- per sq.ft.
  • Registration charge: registetration+ stamp duty As Applicable.
  • Legal Fees @ 1 % of total value.
  • Maintenance charges As Applicable.
  • Electricity charges As Applicable.
  • Lease rent to be paid as finalised by BDA after execution of lease deed As Applicable.

  • Any Changes in Allotment Letter (e.g. Payment Plan change,Inclusion or Deletion of New/Old Applicant etc): Rs 5000/-per change.
  • Interest in delayed payment : 18 % per annum.
