On completion of Flooring work of Villa : 10% of Sale consideration + GST
Final payment-prior to the handover of the flat : 05% of Sale consideration + GST

  • Common area and facilities maintenance charges Rs.24/- per sft of build-up area per year for 2 years period at the time of possession (taxes extra).
  • Applicable Taxes GST @ 12% OR Taxes as applicable.
  • Legal and documentation Charges Rs. 20,000/- at the time of registration
