  • Developing and implementing strategic marketing plans and sales plans and forecasting to achieve corporate objectives for Commercial / Residential Projects.
  • Developing and managing sales/marketing operating budgets.
  • Planning and overseeing advertising and promotional activities in coordination with Corporate Communication team.
  • Developing and recommending product positioning, and pricing strategy to grow market share.

  • Sourcing Land parcels for corporate as well as HNI Clients for Self-Use Bunglows, Corporate Office, Hospitality, Education  and Healthcare Development on lease/outright sales/purchase.
  • Responsible for networking with reputed brokers and consultants on a regular basis to screen potential new sites and finalize new avenues of business.
